PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

HIRING

Evidence Partners is dedicated to fostering a barrier-free work environment from the hiring process. Throughout recruitment, support and special accommodations are easily accessible, available and offered without bias to all candidates. Candidates who are invited to participate in a selection process will be notified upfront that special accommodations are available upon request. TRAINING

Training is provided to all employees, contract personnel, and others who interact with the public or other third parties on behalf of the Company. Training will be facilitated and documented by the Compliance Manager. In addition to informing employees of their responsibility to meet the expectations of this Policy, training may provide instruction on the following subjects:

  • Review of the AODA and the requirements of the relevant standards
  • How to interact and communicate with persons with various types of disability
  • How to interact with persons with disabilities who use an assistive device or require the assistance of a guide dog/other Service Animal/the assistance of a Support Person
  • What to do if a person with a particular type of disability is having difficulty accessing a particular good or service
