We are sharing the results of our DistillerSR AI-powered screening with the research community in the hopes that it will help accelerate the important work being done to combat COVID-19.
These datasets are based on a version of the CORD-19 dataset and clinical studies from ClinicalTrials.gov which were downloaded on May 22 and 23, respectively. Updated versions will be posted weekly.

The CORD-19 reference set was not updated this week so, instead, we added PubMed references using the COVID-19 specific query provided on that site. We also included COVID-19 references from ClinicalTrials.gov
We retrieved 24,163 refs from PubMed. After removing duplicates there were: 20,740. From those, 12,676 were classified as COVID-specific references.
We retrieved 1,358 refs from from ClinicalTrials.Gov. After removing duplicates there were 819 new references.

Evidence Partners is proud to be contributing to the COVID-19 Knowledge Accelerator project to help reduce the negative impact of COVID-19 by helping to accelerate the research community’s knowledge about the virus.
April 17, 2020
We added 2064 references this week for a total of 53287.
April 11, 2020
This week saw a significant jump in COVID-19 specific references to a total of 4,641. This week we added results for ClinicalTrials.gov in addition to CORD-19. In the COVID-19 specific subset, we applied a sensitive AI classifier to identify systematic reviews. Potential systematic reviews are identified in the DistillerSR_SystematicReview column in the Only_COVID dataset.
